Pre-Registering Your Child Online
Please submit your
child's name, date of birth, gender, the class you are requesting and your contact
information using the form to the left.
Once you
have pre-registered we will contact you to verify that the information you
have submitted is correct and that there is a space available for your child
in the requested class. If a space is available, it will be reserved
temporarily for your child and you will receive an appointment to complete
the registration process in early April. If a
space is unavailable you will be contacted and your name placed on our
waiting list.
You will need to
download a current version of our
Enrollment Packet (or we can mail one to you) and submit a
signed copy of it with your child's birth certificate, immunization record and
the
$50.00 registration fee. These items can be brought to your registration
appointment or submitted at an earlier time. The registration process
will not be considered complete until all items have been received.
